Irish Blessing - Free Printable - 2

Here is another Irish blessing printable I made with help from The Graphics Fairy. I think I'll make more :)

Sorry, the image here is cut (me still learning), but the PDF image is correct.

This graphic was an antique music sheet cover. Karen took out the text and I filled it with this lovely blessing. I also added the crown (from the same source) since it felt there was something missing there :)

Here is your link to PDF printable:

If you like it - print it out and frame it - that's all you need to do :)

Irish Blessing - Free Printable - 1

I love Irish blessings!
They always make me think of the tough history that nation had to go through and I believe their blessings talk to all of us because they come from a nation that knows what we all need.
As we're close to St Patrick's Day, here is a  PDF printable for our Irish friends (and everybody else - we can use them). The background is from The Graphics Fairy, so it was very easy to prepare. Thanks, Karen!

The Masters Giveaway

Just quickly:

Masters is a company that has started opening stores in Australia recently.
Actually, it's another home improvement warehouse - similar to Bunnings.

This weekend they give you a sample can of paint (colour of your choice) if you spend $10.
If you're a crafter, you can easily spend $10 on glue, brushes... you name it. And you get a gift worth $6.
And you get to choose the colour.
Not bad, ha?

Thanks, Masters!

Washing Board Decoration

I bought this washing board months ago. It was new. The shop owner said she knew sooner or later someone would buy it. I could hear in her voice it was later :)

Here is what I would like to have:

slika

:) I think this would be a great garden feature.

In the meantime, I have time to play with this washing board and try different decor options with it.
I thought I should 'weather' my washing board a little. I used vinegar and steel wool and it looked as if it had been in bush fire :( Then I had to bleach it.
Turned out OK.
For now, I decorated it with vintage soap labels from The Graphics Fairy and some other items. I also made these little cards that remind me what to use to remove most common stains. The frame is also from The Graphics Fairy.

This is going to cheer up my small, very small laundry, don't you think?

Have a great weekend, everybody xox

Romantic Little Crochet Purse

Remember my 'down-to-earth' bag? Well, this one is not down-to-earth at all :)

This is a cute, romantic little purse I made remembering how we played 'ladies' when I was a kid.

I can hardly wait to take my little purse for a Sunday walk :)

Wash-Your-Hands Sign

Here's another quick and easy project.

Recently someone asked for something like this. She said she had a four-year old she wanted to train.
By the time I made this, she already had another solution.
But I kinda liked this one with a graphic taken from The Graphics Fairy. (You're being watched! Haha)
It's nice walking around your own home while things around you put smile on your face :)

Now my son is 17 but he also thought this would be fun. So I let him chose the colour.
The frame came from Salvos, of course.

So far so good. Now I'm spray-painting jars to add to my bathroom :)
Alex likes blue, so be it.
